The label on your shipment will say "16462 Gothard St Unit C." Excluding the full name (e.g. www.JewelryBuysOnline.com) is just an extra step to prevent your package from being stolen while in transit to you.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return your item within 30 days, in its original condition, for a refund. All items are returnable except custom items. Please contact us as soon as possible: returns@jewelrybuysonline.com.
The Return Process:
Once we receive your returned item your refund or exchange item will be processed. When we receive your item we will examine the item to see whether it is in the original condition. Once it has been examined we will credit you or exchange your item with in a timely manner.
When returning your item:
Please include the original invoice when returning your item and tells us why you are returning it. Please ship the item in a well secured manner if the item is returned and not well secured we can refuse the package.

Repair Policy
In the unlikely event that your jewelry needs to be repaired please notify us as soon as possible within the 60 days. returns@jewelrybuysonline.com . If it is with in the 60 days we will repair your item for free. If your jewelry needs to be repaired after 60 days it will cost $10 plus shipping. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your repairs to be done. If you would like your jewelry to be shortened or lengthen it will also be $10 plus shipping.
